Made in the Champagne method from Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, a lighter style of Franciacorta. Bright straw in colour, a fresh nose with white flowers, mineral notes and just a touch of yeast. Lively in the mouth with citrus (predominantly lemon), green apple and a fine and persistent perlage - what the Italins call bubbles! Perfect as an aperitif or with steamed fish and crustaceans, vegetable risotto and fresh cheeses.
