This is an unfiltered, unfined, "naturally" sparkling Fernao Peres. We fell in love with this on first sip - the wine, if not the label!
The wine bursts with citrus fruit and floral aromas, yet really clean and exceptionally dry on the palate, with a razor sharp mineral edge. Really refreshing, versatile and brilliant in the garden.
