Comboi Pet Nat, Manchuela, Spain

Bodegas Gratias is run by a small group of winemakers in Manchuela, which is in the hills around 100km inland from Valencia. The Pet Nat is produced from 70 year old vines of the Tardana grape, then allowed to ferment naturally in the bottle over the Winter before the lees and sediment is disgorged in the Spring. Light and refreshing, with delicate bubbles and fresh fruity aromas.
