A blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre from the Languedoc. Dark fruits on the nose with some savoury notes and earthy spice. Rich and concentrated on the palate, well-balanced with fine tannins and bags of soft black fruit. A great partner for red meats, stews, BBQ and hard cheeses.
