Domaine Capmartin "Pimpant"

This is a Syrah and Tannat blend from Madiran in the South of France, but like no other. The wine is made with no addition of sulphites, natural fermentation and is unfiltred, meaning it retains all of its bright, juicy red fruits with none of the tannins.
 
Simon of Domaine Capmartin has been certified Organic for around 10 years, and is moving towards biodynamic accreditation.
