An elegant and fruity cool-climate Pinot Noir with aromas of strawberry, black cherry and raspberry and hints of chocolate and mocha. Soft and round on the palate, with a rich texture and refreshing fruity acidity. Works well with earthy flavours such as mushrooms and truffle, also salmon and tuna, and grilled or roasted lighter meats such as pheasant, lamb or duck.
