An aromatic wine from the volcanic slopes of Tenerife. Tangerine peel and wild herbs on the nose lead to a racy acidity with notes of green apple, lemon and white pepper, and a mineral almost saline edge. Reminiscent of a classy Fino but without the nutty, yeasty edge, so great as an aperitif.
