Katharos is Ancient Greek for "purity" = no addition of sulphites. A richer more aromatic style of Muscadet yet still really fresh. Intense golden colour, aromas of exotic fruits and notes of ripe pear and crisp green apple. Beautifully balanced, with aromatic freshness and a delicious long finish. Match with shellfish, crab, lobster, charcuterie and mature cheeses.
