Mittnacht Riesling Fossiles

A dry, intense biodynamic Riesling from Alsace, with hints of apple and peach on the nose, mouthwatering lime and citrus fruit on the palate, a stoney mineral edge and a really zingy finish. Would go well with richer fish such as salmon or tuna, pork, spicy dishes and cured meats.
