Vinoramica Favourites Case - All Whites
(All white wine version - two bottles of each)
Still our most popular case, this changes every week, with a rotating selection of customer and staff favourites. We'll always includes a few wines that are from less well-known regions, great if you want to try something new, often offering the best value.
Viña Echeverría, 'No es Pituko' Chardonnay
The name means "it ain't fancy" because the wine has been vinified naturally, unfiltered with no additives, therefore sometimes a little cloudy. Intense aromas of pear, apple and banana with a refreshing acidity in the mouth, bags of juicy fruit and a minerally, slightly saline finish. Fantastic as an aperitif.
Finkenauer Riesling Trocken, Nahe, Germany
A crisp and zingy Riesling with peach fruit and fresh, floral aromas. A great balance between sugar and acidity gives a slightly spicy edge, a hint of spritz on the palate and a slightly off-dry, yet fresh finish. Try with white fish, lemon risotto and spicy dishes.
Vachnadziani Rkatsiteli, Georgia
One of the oldest known grape varieties, indigenous to Georgia. Pale straw in colour, with aromas of yellow and exotic fruits, refreshing and easy-drinking with a lovely aromatic finish. Great as an aperitif, or pair with salads, white fish and seafood.
