Zinfandel De Loach

Grape: Zinfandel (& Merlot, Petit Verdot)
Ruby red in colour with aromas of cherry and brambles and a hint of spice. Full and soft on the palate, with flavours of ripe strawberry, raspberry and blackberry, and hints of anise, white pepper and molasses. Pair with wood-fired pizza, and pasta with a red meat or mushroom sauce.
