Gaintza Txakolina WHITE

This is from Basque country, which has its own long history, culture and identity, apart from the rest of the country. It’s cooler, wetter and greener in this part of Spain, especially in the Getariako region where Gaintza are based. Txacoli (pronounced jack-o-lee) is famous for its natural slight spritz, and we love the “Atlantic-influenced” spritzy, slight tart, limey, delicately tropical style.
