We have such a following for Gallimard's non-vintage Champagne, but it's worth considering the exceptional 2017 vintage, which is a bit of a steal.
This is a more traditional Pinot Noir-Chardonnay blend and has been aged for four years, giving it a honeyed, toasty, riper fruit style, along with a lemon tinge.
