Grapes are sourced from Hirsch’s terraced vineyards around the old wineproducing village of Zöbing, in the Kamptal. Located within Austria’s Pannonian climate, vineyards benefit from hot summers with plenty of sunshine and cool autumn winds from the north at night.

Such an incredible expression of Riesling, from one of the finest Estates in Austria. Typical lime, citrus and stone fruit, ballanced with a smoky, mineral, almost herbal character.
