General

How to order: Transactions carried out through the online shop will reserve the stock until payment. For email and online shop orders, we will contact you with an order confirmation, in addition to a secure payment link, from ecomsupport@paymentsense.com. If we cannot finalise payment within the stated response period, we may cancel or take forward the order into the next week.

Please note we are doing our utmost to supply great quality wines to your door but owing to COVID-19 there may be a disruption in the supply. We will notify you as soon as possible and suggest alternatives, or if you choose to cancel the order and we have taken payment, we will refund you the difference.

Pricing and Payment

Prices: All prices stated on this site are in UK pound sterling; all orders must be paid for in this currency, and any refunds will also be given as such.

While we maintain the site to ensure provision of information to a high level of accuracy, sometimes pricing errors may occur, particularly where prices alter at short notice due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a pricing error occurring with an item in your order, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible, either by email or by telephone. You will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order or to reconfirm the purchase at the revised price. Where cancellation occurs, the payment for the order will be entirely refunded; if we are unable to reach you by either form of communication, we will consider the order to have been cancelled and will refund you accordingly.

Payment Methods: During the duration of the pandemic, we will only be accepting payments by credit or debit card. We cannot process or dispatch your order until the full payment sum has cleared.
Credit and Debit Cards: We currently accept Visa, Visa Purchasing, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Delta, Solo/Maestro as valid forms of payment. We do not accept American Express. To arrange payment by BACS, please use the following details, leaving your name as reference:

An email confirmation will be sent when payment has been completed and we will arrange a delivery day within the cut-off times stated on the Site. Any invoices or other financial correspondence relating to your order will be sent to your billing address if the recipient at the delivery address is not the named cardholder.

Delivery

As a small retailer we are restricting deliveries to postcodes in the Waltham Forest borough and other nearby locations at the discretion of the owner, on specific days which you will be notified at the time of payment. A minimum order for free P&P applies. We cannot provide a specific time for delivery and would encourage you to provide us with a safe and secure location (Neighbour, Shed etc.) at your delivery address for our carrier to leave your package if you are unavailable. It is your responsibility to ensure that this is a safe and secure location. We cannot be held responsible for a missing package after it has been left in the location you have requested.

Damaged or Faulty Products

We ensure that all our products are shipped in adequate packing to ensure they are protected. If you receive an item that you believe is damaged please refuse the item. Please also write on 'DAMAGED' on the drivers documentation. If you receive goods which are damaged or faulty you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
