Three Course Christmas Supper Club & Wine Pairing at Vino Tap

Sunday 17th December at 7pm

 

For our last Supper Club of the year we've decided to go for a festive feast, with Luke will be creating a menu focused on local and home grown produce, served in a relaxed, "family-style" setting at Vino Tap.

 

Included in the price will be three classic wines, carefully chosen to match each course, plus a glass of fizz on arrival.

 

Provisional menu for 17th December:

 

Sage and shallot focaccia 

Stracciatella with cranberry 

Fried sprouts

 

Roasted ‘Ranby Curly Coat’ pork, soft polenta

Cavolo Nero with chestnuts 

Salsa verde 

 

Panettone trifle

 

Below is a little more about Luke:

 

Luke Boatright is a cook and food producer based between Leyton and Lincolnshire. His food puts great local and home grown produce centre stage, turning up the volume with inspiration from across the world. Luke’s supper clubs celebrate the joy that food can bring, breaking bread together and creating conversation over a laden dinner table.

 

This is priced at £65 per person, including food, wine pairing and service. We are limiting this event to 30ppl total so event may sell-out quickly.
