Made from a region most associated with sweet wines, this is a fresh, yet complex style showing that dry Furmint is still often underrated. Crisp citrus on the nose with hints of orange peel, with lean flavours of fresh pear and pineapple with a mineral, salightly saline finish. Would stand up well to exotic flavours such as Thai spices or mild curry.
