Laissez Faire Pinot Noir, Pemberton, Western Australia

Pemberton is South of Perth, cooled by its proximity to the Southern Ocean. There was zero sulphur use throughout the winemaking and only minimal sulphur was added at bottling. An elegant Pinot Noir with black cherry and red flowers complemented by subtle savoury notes and spice from six months age in oak.
